Pierce Solutions offers several options to support a variety of client needs.
On-Site: I will travel to your location and work on your premises.
Off-Site: Clients may bring their systems to me for repairs, troubleshooting, upgrades or new setups.
Remote: This option is available to clients that require remote system administration and troubleshooting via SSH, RDP, VNC, PCAnywhere, etc.

On-Site: $75/hr - Includes travel expenses to reach your location. Parts and supplies will be invoiced separately - Minimum 1 Hour.
Off-Site: $50/hr - Minimum 1/2 Hour
Remote: Varies by the job, please contact me for a reasonable quote.
Phone Support: $25/hr - Minimum 1/2 Hour
